This is a GREAT '73.5 911T Targa with less than 110,000 original and accident-free miles on it's chassis, and less than 2,500 miles since it had a full rebuild by Andial in the early '00's ($15,000 Andial receipt).
The current owner has owned it since 1977 (all records/receipt from '77-current) and has been a Southern California car since day 1.
It was serviced exclusively by Andial in Costa Mesa until it was parked in around 2005.
It received a $5,000 service in November 2018 in Orange County which included flushing the fuel system, new plugs, new brake lines, rebuilding brake calipers, and new shifter bushings.
*Full Disclosure: Unfortunately (or fortunately if you like the Platinum) in the '90's, the owner was getting tired of its original "Sepia Brown" paint, so he dropped it off at Andial and had them complete an engine-out respray in the '82/'83 911SC color of Platinum Metallic. It was done to extremely high standards and looks like a factory job, but it is a "color change" car.
